Does anyone know how to add a "Not Applicable/Prefer not to say" option to the NPS question?

Hi Amos,

NPS is the least customizable question type as it is a registered mark. I would use a multiple choice question in this case. Eventually you can set an embedded data to recode answers (0 to 6= detractor and so on)
