Very new to qualtrics. I'm trying to ask respondents for how long they have been active in their occupation. I wanted to do it in the form of two drop down menus (so many years, so many months). Right now I have it in the form of a drill down question for which I made an excel file, however, this gives a very unhandy output value (4 years equals 53). Does anyone know of a way to do this another way?

If you want to avoid any JavaScript, you could use a side-by-side question where the first column is a drop down of years, and the second column is a drop down of months.
