I'm looking to create a 'withdraw from study' option at the bottom of each page that will take participants to a custom page a few from the end of the survey. I've tried branch logic and skip logic, but as this custom page is near the end, neither have been suitable. I'm not a coder and have next to no javascript experience so the more simple the solution the better!

You don't need to apply skip logic to each question. You can check at the end of each block and just copy the custom page block and sow inside the end of survey branch before end of survey element.
