I am running a loop for a random 36 trials. Each trial (loop) contains 7 fields. Can I save each of those seven fields to be exhibited in the data file beside each trial data?

There isn't anything built-in. I think because the loop field values are either fixed values or piped from somewhere so you should know what they are.
Anyway, I think the easiest way to do it is to add a text form question to the loop and set up the default values to be the loop & merge fields. Hide the text form question with JavaScript.
