Hi,
I set up a loop in which questions will only be shown if 'I want to quit the loop' is not selected in two specific questions. However, the loop can only go for up to 5 times and even if 'I want to quit the loop' is not selected, the loop exits automatically. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Add more loops in Loop & Merge setup. You'll have to pick some maximum number.
