For one of my first questions, I ask respondents to select every tool they use from a list of 60 items alphabetical order.
I'll carry all of the selected items into another question, however I want one of the tools later in the alphabet to be listed first. Is that possible?

Yes, use advanced randomization on the second question, and move the answer you want first to the top of the list using the up arrow.
