Hi, my survey records the start and end time from users who take the survey. I have a few questions about the timestamps.
1) Is the timestamp based on users' local time zone?
2) Does the timestamp automatically adjust to time change.?
My profile was set to Mountain time. when my user in Seattle took the survey on Nov 1st, it was an hour off (7 vs. 6 o'clock)
I updated my profile to Eastern time. Now all the timestamps hours also shifted.
