I composed a new email to myself after I have already sent and taken the survey, but I want to send it to myself again and it wont send.

This a feature of Qualtrics to avoid spamming single ID's with same emails.

What you can do is change the content by adding space in content or just add or remove something in the subject this should enable the send button
