In iOS, consuming the Mobile SDK, Is it possible to create a native screen for the questions?

Platform: iOS I'm looking at using Qualtrics, and as per what i have read up the iOS app just checks the intercepts and the framework displays the survey/feedback questions in its own view(maybe a webview/hybrid). - I'm wondering if it is possible to get the survery questions via an api and the application can show the questions natively with a custom UI ? - Is there any sample code in this direction ?
