Randomising participants

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi, I'm a Psychology student and very new to Qualtrics but I'm trying to create a survey with 7 different experimental conditions so that all participants do the same tasks but in a different order, does anyone know how to do this? I want most of the tasks to be in the same place but there are two tasks which I want to have change order depending on the experimental group. I also have several difficulty levels which I need to randomise and am a bit stuck getting this sorted! Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi ed74
Let's say you create 1 2 3 4 5 6 7> blocks for 7 experimental conditions; Then
Survey flow -> if branch logic -> for groups identification -> include randomizer and include the 2 blocks below which needs to be randomized
If difficulty levels are inside the block you can use question randomization to randomize them.
Hope it helps!
