I am trying to make a question which shows a calendar for the past 7 days.
Each date will have two questions:
Number of drinks:
Hours drinking: 
And participants fill out this for all the 7 dates listed. Can somebody help out?

${date://OtherDate/DM/-7%20day} through ${date://OtherDate/DM/-1%20day}. It would look like:
