Hi, we are sending out a one question NPS survey via Marketo. I would like to embed the question into the email but can only find information on how to do that when distributing via Qualtrics. Anyone have ideas?

+7You won't be able to embed a question in Outlook, I know that for sure. I had a user who wanted to distribute a lunch and learn feedback survey internally and didn't want the survey overhead; thought it'd be neat to have users file the survey out directly in Outlook. I thought it was an interesting idea, but when you embed questions in Outlook, Outlook transforms them from rich text to plain text. This is because Outlook (2016) is actually running on the same engine as Word and therefore doesn't support question elements. They become "2D" if you will. Even if you send the questions through Qualtrics' Distribution, if the user digests the email via Outlook (OWA display correctly, btw), the user would have the same problem....
