Is it possible to "turn off" specific loops in loop & merge once a quota is filled?

Basically lets say I have 10 loops and quotas set up for each one. 3 of those quotas are full, however all 10 loops still show to incoming respondents instead of 7.
Is it possible to turn off loops to incoming respondents so only the loops that do not have filled quotas are shown?

Base your loop off the displayed choices in a multiple choice question. Use display logic on the choices in the MC question.

You can use Advanced Randomization in addition to display logic.

TomG , if I may follow up on this - I've seen the mc strategy in a couple of topics, however I can't find how to manage quotas when using it.
To explain further: I've created a mcq with 700 choices and used advanced randomization to display only 30. I've checked the "evenly display choices".
I've then set up a merge and loop based on the displayed choices. However, I would like to be able to stop displaying a choice once it reaches a quota of 50 and can't figure how to do it.
The answer might be obvious, but is it possible to achieve this?
