Automated SMS functionality in EX
Not so much of a question but more of a request for the support team to look into - having the automated SMS functionality made available in Qualtrics EX platform. We are rolling out lifecycle surveys for onboarding and exit and the SMS feature is meant to reach out to employees without corporate email. The automation is necessary to push out surveys based on business rules set. Appreciate if this can happen soon for EX.
Hi @Cin ! If you have not yet already, I’d recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category, as it is a feature not already developed by our team, but something I think could help a lot of Qualtrics EX users!
