Mosaic is looking for a Customer Experience Manager. As a member of Mosaic’s commercial management team, the Customer Experience Manager will play a key role in building the organization’s customer experience discipline. You will define what exceptional customer experience means for our customers with the goal to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. As the CX Manager, you will measure customer, operational, and financial success related to customer experience improvement initiatives. In partnership with leaders across the organization, you will drive the customer to the forefront of every product and service we offer, and work to grow critical CX competencies, skills, and capabilities needed to deliver on our corporate mission and strategy.
