API: List all surveys owned by a user

(There's a similar question but the linked API no longer exists)
Is there an API call where I can take a UserID and get all survey IDs of surveys they own? There is one to get your own surveys, which is just
https://{0}.qualtrics.com/API/v3/surveys
But I want to pass a user ID into it to get, say, Thom's surveys, or Jane's surveys.

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/23559/api-list-all-surveys-owned-by-a-userUnfortunately, an API as such isn't available. You would need their API token to list their surveys and use the same API above you mentioned.
