How can I control surveys based on progress of each participant?
I need participants to take a unit of task a day.
A unit consists of 2-3 passages, 2-3 questions per a passage. It's basically reading comprehension task, daily training.
1) A participant should take one reading task (2-3 passages) a day.
2) The next day, the participant will take the next reading comprehension task.
This following task should be opened/displayed (the next day:optional) only when the previous task is done.

The easiest approach would be to make each unit a unique survey and then use an action after completion of each unit (conditions) to send the invitation link to the next unit. The timing of the email can be made so that it is sent at the end of the day.
