MTurk Responses Not Recorded in Qualtrics

Hello All,

 

From MTruk, it says I have 119 responses. But I only have 113 when I downloaded data from Qualtrics?

Does anyone know why some of the MTurk responses are not recorded in Qualtrics?

Is there a way to get the survey response from MTurk?

Any idea is greatly appreciated.

if you are using email distribution or personal links then you can download the distribution summary to check the number of hits on link. Also check if there are partial responses in survey or not under Data and Analysis tab.

@ArunDubey I did check. But still the number does not match. I am able to see the worker ID from MTurk, but no data entry or woker ID from Qualtrics end.

it looks like, some of the links must have click but didn’t reach to Qualtrics due to internet or server issue. That’s why you are getting difference.
