Hi everyone, I am using Qualtrics for the first time. I was given PDF and Word files for necessary questionnaires, but when I tried to import those files to Qualtrics it says the document type is incompatible. Is there a way to turn them into .txt format and import or should I manually type in all the questions?

On inputting questionnaires
@Skye: I believe the import feature only allows certain question types to import. I'm not 100% sure. If questions are not supported you will have to manually type them in Qualtrics.

If the questionnaire is not that long, I would suggest manually type in all the questions because not all question type is allow to import in an advance format of txt file, and preparing that document I believe it may take much more time then you expected.
If you only need to transfer the pdf or word doc to a txt file, believe that the "save as" function from Word can serve the purpose.
