I am trying to translate a brief survey that is linked to my more substantial original survey. When I click the ‘translations’ tab the option to ‘add language’ is greyed out and not selectable. Any advice on what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Ask your Qualtrics Brand Admin to give you (i.e., your login id) ‘Translate Surveys’ and ‘Translate Surveys with Google Translate’ permissions.
