Hi All,

I encountered an issue while uploading the EX Dashboard Translations file, specifically the Label file, into Qx. I believe this problem is related to the file type.

For example, when I tried uploading the file in .tsv format, it resulted in an error. However, when I changed the file type to .csv (UTF-8), the upload was successful.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced a similar issue and how they resolved it.

Hi @Varun Raj Akula 

Could you please send a screenshot of the error message? This issue is usually associated with the use of special characters in translations, as some languages use them. When dealing with such characters, it is more advisable to save and upload the documents as TSV or Unicode Text files.
