How can I merge my previous account to new one?

Hi, my organisation has merged with another changing all our email addresses. I now cannot access my previous account with projects. How can I merge with a new account?

Hello @jxSLT,

If you would like to move your user information from last account to your new account, you will need to file a "user move request" to Qualtrics Support. Support Page here. Please note that in order for Qualtrics to perform the user move request, you need written consent from the brand administrator of both brands before the user move transfer is started.
