Is there a simple way to classify an overall level of engagement score I know that over 70% engagement score is “favorable” but is there a more granular definition for a CEO that wants more specifics?
How would you characterize 60%? Somewhat favorable but still a lot of work to do. Does Qualtrics have a standard to share?
