I am new to Qualtrics.
I am trying to prepare a Contact List that have extra column of information beside FirstName, LastName and Email.
I am trying to have an extra column that have Frequency such as 'Monthly', 'Quarterly' and 'Yearly' so that I do not have to create three separate CSV files.
Is it possible to grab extra column of data and utilize it?
And also, next question is how do I go about filtering out the list on that condition ('Monthly', 'Quarterly' and 'Yearly') when I send out email?

To use Frequency in the survey, just define it as an embedded data field in your survey flow. It's value will be set from the contact list.
To filter and distribute to the list based on Frequency, create a sample for each Frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and distribute to the samples.
