How to create a counter of number of survey completions
I set up a three week daily diary study but I'm trying to figure out how to track participant progress throughout the study. I was thinking of creating a variable to count the number of completions, but does anyone have any ideas on how to best track participants? Essentially, I want to know if participants are completing the surveys and which day of the study they are on. For example, I would like to know if a participant completes only 3 out of 7 daily diaries.

The best way to track participants is to update their contact data at the end of each survey using a contact trigger. You would add embedded data fields to the contact records based on what you need to track.
