Emails gets blacklisted when uploading

Hi there, When I try to upload a contact list let's say A in which there are 10 contacts. John - abcsomemail.com Kira - abcsomemail.com Some of the contacts are partners which has same email but different first name. I have noticed that qualtrics only uploads the first email and ignore the second one if the email is same. Can you please help? Thanks
