Displaying Respondents in progress on Public quota dashboard

I need to create a public quota dashboard that displays Total completes/ Total terminates and Total incompletes (respondents in progress).
Total completes is straight forward, and total terminates can be shown using embedded data.
However I'm having difficulty displaying the total incompletes. Ie. respondents in the middle of the survey.
It seems the quotas only increment for recorded responses.
We do some lengthy surveys. Hence a number of respondents, complete the survey over a period of few days.
Is there a way to show the number of incompletes on the quota dashboard?

No, there isn't.
You could use a web service to store the data you are looking for externally.

In the beginning of survey create embedded data Response (Multi-value text set) = "incomplete", then overwrite it with another value in case of "completion" or "termination".
Finally, you create a report, tabulate Response variable, make this report public and share the link.

This will only report partials that get recorded to the response data. It won't report in-progress responses.
