@MichelleC @lillianc I actually reached out to Qualtrics Support and it looked like I just needed to refresh my report by selecting "Clear Results Cache". Thanks for the help, though!

@Goldie You might have different numbers of responses in data sources compared to participants depending on filters on the data sources or other report options. Can you clarify whether filters or category logic are causing the discrepancy? If not, can you please detail the discrepancy between the data sources and participants tab?

@lillianc I'm making an Admin report. For my "Subjects" data source (with the filters "Filter by evaluation scope: Subject's Evaluations" and "Filter by Relationship Is Self"), it is showing that there are only 3 response counts, but when in my Participants tab, it says there are 4 individuals who have completed their self assessment. How can I fix this number in my report?

@goldie, did they submit the survey without actually filling anything out? Or are all your questions required responses?
