NPS (Promoter - Detractor)
In a NPS type question value is accepting between 0 to 10 in number. I wish to group it those coded Promoter (9+10) and Detractor (0+1+2+3+4+5+6). Now want to show value of NPS = PROMOTER - DETRACTOR in Analysis / Cross tab.
If anybody can give me the idea of doing the same.

Hi Arun,
In a NPS type of question, in the Reports tab, you will be able to see the percentages of Detractor, Passive and Promoter populated automatically. You may also customize your Analysis using Cross tab at the Reports tab as well.

So in cross tab section it is not possible to show the score? I mean if I can show it in cross tab section then it can be shown under any top break so it can be analyzed at macro level as well.

You should still be able to see the score as you will either need to choose NPS group or Numeric Value from the question.
