Able to export survey responses but receiving 404 error on get survey (error Code GSI_13)
Hi,
I'm able to export survey responses, list surveys (and find the survey I'm after), however when I try to get survey I'm receiving:

{"httpStatus":"404 - Not Found","error":{"errorMessage":"Survey not found.","errorCode":"GSI_13"}
```
I tried to search for GSI_13 but couldn't find anything within the API docs.
Is this a permissions issue?
