I was on a free trial of Qualtrics and upgraded yesterday. Ever since I upgraded, I have been unable to login.

"We are currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.

A report is generated with error tag [0d7f9d12]."

The error tag is always different, but the rest of the message is the same.

Any idea how to fix this? Or what the problem might be?

It usually takes around 2-3 days to get activated. I will recommend you contact Qualtrics Account Executive or raise a support ticket (Lite Support Portal (qualtrics.com)) if the problem persists.
