Hi all --
(I’m very new to Qualtrics) I have a project which requires initial distribution of a survey to unknown recipients (e.g., via a QR code shared on internet ads), and then email distribution of a second survey 1-month later to the recipients of the first survey (i.e., I'll collect emails in the first survey). Obviously, I'll need the data across both surveys to be accurately linked to the email/ID of the participant who completes both parts for my analyses.
I'm fairly confused as to how to do this with the only longitudinal Qualtrics project instructions I could find (e.g., https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/pulling-data-into-a-second-survey-longitudinal-surveys/) as it seems these instructions require participant emails be in a contact list prior to the first timepoint data collection? Am I incorrect on this? What instructions in this page are relevant to my project, and which aren’t?
Thank you!!
