Text iQ in Survey workflows in a Multilanguage project

Hi Qualtrics Team, 

I have a question about how to integrate TextiQ in the survey flow for a multicountry project.

We have an open-ended question answered in a multiple languages.

For the TexiQ module (and also used in our dashboards) we have created a new field with the open-ended question automatically translated into english by Qualtrics where we have applied the list of topics created (all rules and keywords defined for topics have been done in english) in the module for this new field translated into english.

But in the survey flow it’s only possible to select the open-ended question. 

How can I apply the TextiQ into the survey flow for a multi-language project?
