Text & Constant Sum Matrix Table

I am trying to replicate the above form. I believe using a matrix table makes the most sense, but I’m unsure of how to include formulas and dropdowns in options.

Is this possible?

@chriscraven Use side by side question, it allow you to put dropdown and write number in it. However, customize the total collumn will require coding knowledge. Hope you know how to do it

This seems to be a good option. Do you know if there is a way to get rid of the “Answer 1” headers? I would not want those displayed

@chriscraven It will be your choices if you use dropdown list so don’t hide it. Also, I don’t know what your table will look like to customize with CSS. Just put a blank “Space” in it if you’re setting up open ended text, it should do the trick
