Would like to seek help from you (new user), on my Create ticket task.
My ticket name should be "first and last name requires further assistance."
I used the below embedded data to trigger the ${m://firstName} ${m://lastName}.
But upon creation of ticket and email, it only shows " requires further assistance."

So this FirstName and LastName works if it has value passed in. To check;
- either pass it thru your link
- or by distributing email where values are present in FirstName and LastName
If you are testing thru preview link. Please pass as "&FirstName=xxx&LastName=xxx" at the end of link.
Panel Field in screenshot refers to the value from mailing list.
I request you to follow add fields with values in your anonymous link for testing. Or
schedule an invite to yourself with the values present in those 2 fields.

thank you for reply but it didn't work as well.
my survey is currently set up for invitation only. not sure if it affects the embedded data since I'm using the preview to test my ticket task.
if it indeed affects the embedded data of FirstName and LastName, I changed my current settings to allow everyone to answer my survey and tried to answer to via the anonymous link.
Unfortunately, same scenario happened. still blank for the expected result.
here are the steps I did by the way as it may help others to check.
I used the Panel field and selected First and Last Name.
