Create loop questions depending on field

I'm doing research on leadership style and I'm collecting data from leader-follower pairs. Thus, I have two surveys, one to be sent to leaders and one to be sent to followers. In the leaders' survey, leaders are asked questions about themselves and their followers. I want to include a field in the leaders' survey that I can ask the leader to indicate the names and email addresses of their followers, and depending on the number of them, to create a loop of the same questions to be asked per follower. My research supervisor told me that this is possible, could you please advice how I can do that? Please let me know if you have further questions.

You can ask open end numeric question first say. For how many followers you want to fill survey. Depending on this answer you can repeat questions that many times. In first block ask question as above. In other block use loop and merge on basis of answer of this question. In this loop you can ask follower name, email and other questions.
