Retrieving Recipient URL and Survey Form Answers

Hello, Apologies for this noob (or perhaps non-sensical) question, but is it possible to store a recipient's survey URL and for an "administrator" to view the page just as the recipient sees the survey form? Is it possible for another (admin) person to look at a partially filled-up and/or fully completed form by the recipient? Or "admins" can only view recipient answers from the Qualtrics Control Panel (Data & Analysis) tab? Thank you.

If you turn on Save & Continue in Survey Options then you can download the distribution history, which will include the survey links (Go to the distribution, then select download history). If a survey is in-progress then if you click on the link you will see exactly what the respondent sees. You are actually taking the survey, so you don't want to move through the survey. If you want to see all the responses to a survey in progress the only way to do it is download a CSV from Data & Analysis. Once a survey is completed, the link is no longer usable. From Data & Analysis you can find a response of interest and select View Response, which will show you the survey with responses in a manner similar to how the respondent saw it.
