Why did some evaluators get emailed multiple times?

@Poppy By default, evaluators will receive a separate invitation for each person they’re set to evaluate. If you’d like to avoid sending multiple emails, turn the Consolidate evaluator invites and reminders where possible option on to consolidate invites and reminders. Go to the Messages tab. Select the Options section. Enable the option Consolidate evaluator invites and reminders where possible. This process can be found n this page of the documentation: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/employee-experience/creating-360-project/messages-tab-360/email-messages-360/

It is likely that they have multiple entries under their email address in your contact list.

@AnthonyR When I uploaded my participant list in my 360 assessment, each email was only in the list once. What else could be happening?
