I am receiving an error message This survey is invalid or contains features that are not supported.
This is the first time I have used Qualtrics and I have built a good survey. I have finished the survey and need to start to distribute, on all of the test runs, the same message is coming back and I am unable to resolve the problem. Please can you assist with how I can make the questionnaire valid.

You have to remove all formatings, you can only make simple survey. Read limitation of trial account

I have reduced the free account to 10 questions per survey and this is still not responding.
Shame, I don't know where I have gone wrong!
+39you may have use some html formatting, which dont work in free account.
Is there a solution to this? I really need to resolve this asap. Should I build the questionnaire again?
