The language of the 360 interface can be set by using Language metadata for each participant. Lanugage can be uploaded during the Subject Import. You can see the Qualtrics codes for languages here. If you have translated the survey, the participant can also choose their language on the survey page.

+6You need to make each button a message in the library, then translate the message. Then in the Look/Feel section, select that message as the button (or at the block level if appropriate).
