With all Amazonians as our customer, the Employee Experience Analytics team is seeking a self-driven, experienced, and hands-on Senior Program Manager to provide a voice to all Amazonians and bring customer experience methodologies to the employee experience. To drive the Voice of the Employee (VOE) program, this team member will be responsible for extraction, contextualization and synthesis of relevant qualitative data sources. Primary data sources include: VOE surveys, case notes/descriptions, transcribed call notes and various other text data. We seek expertise in survey methodology, data collection, extraction, qualitative analysis, analytics and data-oriented storytelling for success in this role.
