Translation issue, Add Language button is not active. How to activate?

Hi All, 

In previous conversations, couldn’t find an issue related to Add a Language button. 

The button is not active, and I have no idea how to activate it. Almost search everywhere - no such case. 

I would much appreciate it if someone could share some good advice. Thanks!

Hi @M.Ghazaryan,

This could be because of 2 reasons,

  1. I think ‘Language Translation’ is not activated in your tenant/system.
  2. This could be a temporary bug.

In both case i would suggest you to raise a Qualtrics support ticket and discus this issue with an support expert.
