How do we get the survey from Qualtrics to map to the Salesforce contact record?
I’d recommend you check out Linking Qualtrics & Salesforce & Salesforce Response Mapping (qualtrics.com) pages which speak to instructions around this. For our instance we needed to go via the route of using the API’s, however I think this was also due to limitations on the security side of things our organisation has.
