What is the best way to set up a two-part, reflective question?

I am asking the following two-part, reflective question and giving participants the opportunity to answer on a four-part scale (strongly disagree, disagree, agree, strongly agree). What is the best way to do this in qualtrics so that when I analyze the data I can see these two answers side by side? At the beginning of this course, I felt prepared to train new employees. Today, I feel prepared to train new employees.

Matrix or two separate multiple choice questions will handle this. I presume your goal is to be able to compare something like "Of those that strongly agree with A, 22% strongly agree with B". If so, this setup is fine - you will just use a breakout filter in your report.
