Moving Projects to another folder

Does anyone know if you can move a project from the ALL Projects folder to another without it making a copy to the other folder?

    If you are viewing the ALL Projects folder, you can move a project to a folder by clicking and dragging it to the target folder on the left. There is only one copy, but it will appear in BOTH the ALL Projects folder and the folder you moved it to.

    That is what was happening. I wanted to move it out of the ALL Projects and it was displaying in both the folder I moved it to and the All projects. Thank you for your quick response and confirmation of what I was getting.
