Does anyone know the dynamic link for "Include summary of responses"?

Hello! I want to create a custom confirmation message that includes the option to “include a summary of responses” (allows users to download a PDF of their survey responses). Does anyone know if this is possible, and if yes what code would I need? Thank you.

You can show a response summary for the recipients if you use an end of survey element in the survey flow - Select “show response summary” then select “show response summary before completing the survey.” You must make sure though that in the survey options > responses > back button is enabled.
