Hello community ,

I am facing a issue where my survey still getting responses even though I have deactiavted the intercept .  i have checked all ways still couldn’t able to find how this happened.

To give you a back drop , i have activeted the survey through API and the survey gets deactivated based on a simple Quota. But , Yesterday i noticed that quota has already deactivated the survey but still the intercept was increamenting. I nearly got around 150 extra  responses .

Have anyone faced this issue before , please let me know what could be the issue if you could find it .

Thanks

@Sura Could it be that this is from sessions which were already started when the survey was deactivated? Did you check the start date for the relevant responses?

@chackbusch

I have activated the survey on 2 Sep and In the revision , the Web intercept was deactivated on 3rd sep 5:18.

But still after deactivating the intercept the survey was running . The only palce the survey was linked was this intercept.

I’d like to know what sessions you are mentioning here @chackbusch

@Sura I refer to responses in progress. I think it would be interesting to check the survey metadata (especially start date, end date, response type) for the responses.

@chackbusch

Thanks for the clarity.

I have checked the start date , end date and response type. It seems that the start date time and end date time in the survey are after the web intercept was deactivated. So , it is sure these are not inprogress surveys. I got around 150 responses after the web intercept  was deactivated.

Would you think of any other possibilities ? christian . Thanks Please let me know .

@Sura When you close the survey, did you chose this

If you allow them to finish, the response in progress can still be recorded.

If you stop them but in partial response settings, you set it to “Record”, you will get all the response in progress.
Hope this answer your question.
