Anyway to add row level data inside qualtrics dataset using workflows?

Hey there,

I'm trying to work on a feature to save data received from an API request and then store it in a Qualtrics dataset. I want to set up a process where each time I get a response, a new row is added to my Qualtrics dataset project.

Any ideas on how I can make this happen?
