We have a survey in which respondents provide three email addresses for different contacts. Right now we have programmed a workflow to add the email addresses to a contact list, and to send an email with a second survey to the first address listed. I’d like to program it to send a second email to the second email listed IF there is no response to the first email after a period of time. This seems plausible, but the trigger would refer to two different surveys, and I can’t figure out how to get a workflow to incorporate information from two places. Any advice?

First, whenever a response is submitted by the contact update the XMD with some counter value for identification.
Second, run the workflow which can be run on specific date and time to separate your list for the 2nd email to be sent. And then distribute the survey.
criteria to select the contacts from list can be multiple like, if the counter value is blank/when was the contact created
I believe you have 2 different list for 1st address & 2nd address.
