Hello - Hoping someone can help me out here. What we would like to achieve is to add multiple rows to a contact list from one survey. For example, a survey that has 5 questions - each question is a form response with name and email fields. Upon completion, we would like to add each of those responses to a contact list as their own row/contact.

Could you explain further how this can be achieved? I'm having the same question posed but am only seeing a task to add 1 contact. I'm using a Side By Side question with 1 column that allows for 2 entry fields per row. I'd like to turn each row into a new contact.

What you'll need to do is to basically create multiple tasks in your workflow for each row.
Thank you. I was missing the multiple workflows, one per each row to get this working.
